The International House of Sauces & Seasonings was founded in 2007. Its mission is to develop and market brands of sauces and seasonings that celebrate the rich regional heritages and flavors (pardon the pun) found around the world.

The Charboy’s brand of sauces is the first brand to come out of IHSS. The recipes in this line were developed by one of the founders of IHSS, drawing on recipes handed down from her grandma and representing the flavors of the Southeastern United States.
