Charboy’s Rosemary marinade seasoning for quick one-pot meals with bold, savory flavor

Rosemary Chicken and Potato Meal

Prep Time: 5 Minutes

Cook Time: 40 Minutes

Serves 5

YOU WILL NEED

1 Whole Chicken (Cut in Half) or remain Whole

3 Cups of Potatoes (Cut in 2-inch chunks) or Baby Red

Potatoes (Cut in Half) 

3 Carrots (Cut in 2-3 pieces)

1/4 Cup of Olive Oil

1 pkg. Charboy's Rosemary Seasoning

DIRECTIONS

1: Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix Seasoning and olive oil in large bowl. 

2: Coat chicken, potatoes, and carrots with 1 pkg of seasoning mix in large nonstick-sprayed pan.

3. Cook 35-40 minutes until chicken is fully cooked and potatoes/carrots are tender.

MARINADE OPTION

Add 1/4 cup of olive oil with full packet and place in plastic bag for minimum of 15 minutes.
